Bethesda Memorial Hospital announces the appointment of its new Medical Staff Officers. Ralph B. Breslaw, M.D. was elected as the new Chief of Staff and James J. Byrnes, M.D. is the new Vice Chief of Staff/Secretary-Treasury. Dr. Breslaw and Dr. Byrnes will serve a two-year term in their respective position.

Dr. James J. Byrnes is a Board Certified Family Practice physician on the Medical Staff of Bethesda Memorial Hospital. He previously served as the Chief of Staff for Bethesda from 2007 to 2009. His current practice, James J. Byrnes, M.D., P.A., is located in Delray Beach, FL.
