The Orlando office of Bovis Lend Lease is nearing completion of its preconstruction and general contracting services for the Florida Hospital Center for Diagnostic Pathology. Construction of the $9.5 million facility is being built at the Florida Hospital South campus in Downtown Orlando, FL.
At 23,520 sf, the Florida Hospital Center for Diagnostic Pathology will consist of a two story laboratory building that will expand the hospitals anatomic pathology services for all seven Florida Hospital campuses in Central Florida. The facility is a structural steel frame, with stucco and glass exterior. Completion is scheduled for early spring 2008. The owner of the project is Adventist Health Systems/ Sunbelt, Inc. dba Florida Hospital and the architect is Flad and Associates of Gainesville, Florida.
