Broward Health has acquired a five-story, 64,000-square-foot medical office building located on the campus of Imperial Point Medical Center (IPMC).
Built in 2010 by a private construction firm on the hospital’s 28-acre campus, the building provides a conveniently located outpatient surgical center on the first floor with physician offices on upper floors.
The Medical Arts Pavilion adds 535 new parking spaces for patients, visitors and physicians to the hospital campus. The property features nine-foot ceilings, impact windows, two elevators, a furnished lobby, a security system and fire system.
