Landmark Healthcare Facilities, a nationally leading full service healthcare facility developer, recently appointed Michelle F. Marsh, M.H.S.A., as its Vice President of Real Estate Development. Marsh joins the company with more than 15 years of experience in executing highly successful business development strategies that drive growth in the healthcare industry.

She comes to us with an extensive healthcare background in areas of system and hospital strategic planning, business development, strategic marketing and overall healthcare industry insight.”
 
In this role, Marsh will manage the successful development of various Landmark projects including hospital advisory services such as service line and clinical facility review and analysis, community needs evaluation, outcomes-based visioning, strategic master planning, strategic planning & business model creation, and market and demand analysis. The development of this hospital advisory services platform adds to the internal portfolio of Landmark’s capabilities as a service offered in-house to clients and potential clients.
 
Before joining Landmark, Marsh served as the Vice President of Strategic Planning for Broward Health, the Director of Marketing and Business Development for HCA East Florida Division, specifically Westside Regional Medical Center and Plantation General Hospital, and Manager of Strategic Planning for North Broward Hospital District. In these roles, Marsh was responsible for the development of several hospital’s marketing, business development and strategic planning initiatives within the South Florida market.
 
Marsh received a Bachelor of Science from Penn State University, State College, PA, with a major in Health Policy and Administration and a minor in Business. She has a Masters of Health Services and Administration from George Washington University, Washington, D.C., with a focus on Strategic Planning and Marketing.
 
Her professional memberships include the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), where she currently is a Board member of the local chapter – The South Florida Healthcare Executive Forum (SFHEF); the Florida Hospital Association’s (FHA) Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development (SHSMD), and Florida Society for Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing (FSHPRM).
