Broward Health Imperial Point recently welcomed Gary Lyew-Ayee, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. Before joining Broward Health in September, Lyew-Ayee served as the Human Resources Manager at Baptist Health South Florida for over six years. Lyew-Ayee brings with him extensive experience in the areas; including to but not limited to employee relations, recruitment, employee engagement, talent management, benefits and payroll. Lyew-Ayee received his bachelor’s degree from Florida International University and holds certifications in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
