Dianne Phang, RN, has been a nurse for 15 years. She began her career on a med-surg stroke unit before transitioning to one of the hospital’s most high-pressure environments, the trauma floor at Broward Health Medical Center, where she has passionately served for the past seven years.
“I knew from an early age that I wanted to follow my family’s footsteps into nursing, a journey of compassion and dedication,” Phang said.
In her role, Phang is committed to ensuring that her patients receive the best care, both medically and emotionally. She provides compassionate and effective support, making a positive impact on the lives of those she cares for.
“Some of my patients are severely injured and may stay in the unit for months,” said Phang. “It’s incredibly rewarding to see them progress and ultimately return to good health.”
Phang was honored with the prestigious DAISY Award, a recognition of excellence in nursing. She completed her associate’s degree at Miami Dade College.
