Broward Health North is proud to announce it has received the Beacon of Excellence Award for clinical quality, as well as the 2014 Guardian of Excellence Award for clinical quality and employee engagement from Press Ganey Associates, Inc.“We are honored by these three awards as they represent the high quality care we provide our patients, as well as our consistent efforts to engage employees.” said Pauline Grant, CEO of BHN.” Our dedicated team is committed to keeping patients safe and giving them a 5 star experience.”
The Guardian of Excellence Award indicates that Broward Health North consistently achieved the 95th performance percentile in employee engagement and clinical quality. The award is a nationally-recognized symbol of achievement in health care. Presented annually, the award honors clients who consistently sustained performance in the top 5 percent of all Press Ganey clients for each reporting period during the course of one year.
