Broward Health North would like to welcome Jennifer Melendez, R.N., as the new EMS Liaison. Jennifer started her career in the Emergency Department at BHN in August 2014 after relocating from Texas where she worked at Texas Health Resource as a Trauma ICU Nurse. Jennifer is trauma certified and obtained her BSN at the University of Louisiana. She serves as a liaison between the hospital and providers of emergency services to improve quality through communication and by building stronger relationships.
