Broward Neurosurgeons, P.A. is pleased to welcome Dr. Richard Foltz to their staff. Richard Mark Foltz, M.D., F.A.C.S., is Board Certified in Neurological Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He received his medical degree from Texas Tech University’s Health Sciences Center – The School of Medicine in Houston, TX. Dr. Foltz completed his fellowship at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina.
