Governor Rick Scott announced the appointment of Elizabeth “Liz” Tonkin to the Broward College District Board of Trustees. Tonkin is the president of MedPro Staffing. She succeeds Georgette Sosa Douglass.
The governor also reappointed John A. Benz and Sean C. Guerin to the college’s District Board of Trustees. Benz is the senior vice president and chief strategic officer of Memorial Healthcare System. Guerin is the chief executive officer of U.S. Imaging Solutions and is currently the chairman of the Broward College District Board of Trustees.
