The C. L. Brumback Primary Care Clinics earned an exceptional “perfect” score from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) administered by HRSA, the Primary Care Clinics are subject to an Operational Site Visit (OSV) once every three years. The OSV is an extensive audit broken into four major categories: Need, Services, Management and Finance, as well as Governance. The qualitative and quantitative scope of the audit is intense. “Almost perfect” audits are scarce. Perfect audits are the proverbial “unicorns” of FQHCs.
