CAC Florida Medical Centers recently announced that it has signed a lease to build out and occupy a 4,000-square-foot, multi-specialty medical facility at 650 North Homestead Blvd beginning Feb. 28, 2007. CAC has maintained a strong Homestead-based community presence since 2002 and is currently located at 207 Washington Ave. in Homestead.
CACs new medical center will be in close proximity to hospital facilities and adjacent professional medical offices occupied by medical specialists, ancillary and diagnostic facilities. “We are eager to support the citys initiative to build a new city hall on the site of our existing Homestead facility,” said Mayda C. Antun, M.D., MBA, and chief executive officer of CAC Florida Medical Centers. “Our new center will afford our members easier access and will be conveniently located close to Homesteads hub of health care delivery. We feel this is a win-win situation for both the local professional community and our members.”
