The official ribbon cutting of the newest Benefactor Suite recently took place at Miami/Jackson Memorial Medical Center. Brenda Nestor Castellano, who underwrote the building of the state-of-the-art suite with a generous $100,000 donation, was honored at the event.
The Benefactor Suites is a project of the Jackson Memorial Foundation created to fund renovations in the West Wing building of Jackson Memorial Hospital in order to attract more private patients. Each one of the suites is designed to provide the comforts of home and the amenities of a luxury hotel, along with highly advanced technological capabilities of one of the nations best medical facilities and academic medical centers.
