It’s a refreshing ray of sunshine to find Caregiver Services Inc. (CSI) growing and setting an exemplary example that quality and caring truly still comes first.
Caregiver Services Inc is a privately held company with history that is rich with experience. Beginning as a small “mom and pop” company working with a staff of 12 in 2000 to a multimillion dollar company billing over 5 million hours in 2010 across the state of Florida and Tennessee. Caregiver Services Inc understands the balance between client and caregiver and finding the perfect match.
Caregiver Services Inc feels very strongly about the local connection to our clients and caregivers ensuring our presence in the community are constant and our give backs are numerous. We enjoy coordinating events and sharing our expertise with those in need. Our local 19 offices throughout the state reach out to the needs of children, families and seniors alike.
Caregiver Services Inc understands the various needs of the community and provides caregivers from companions for housekeeping and transportation to various RN, LPN, CNA and HHA’s for our many programs such as; hospital home bound program, long term care insurance and supplemental staffing for home, hospitals, hospice and ILF/ALF and Nursing home settings. Choosing a caregiver for a loved one is a very stressful time and our goal is to provide peace of mind that Caregiver Services Inc is sending a caregiver that we would send to any of our own family members, and many of our employees have done just that.
Over the last few years Caregiver Services Inc has looked into our community to find out where the greatest need is. We have put plans in place to be prepared with quality caregivers for the baby boomers that are beginning to reach the age of need. We continue to fine tune our long term care insurance knowledge and remain on the cutting edge of that industry. Our goals are to balance the needs of clients with the need to contain cost for the carriers by keeping our billing rates low. We are also growing our “home bound program” to assist hospitals with safe discharges and following up with clients to minimize re-hospitalization is kept to a minimum. Caregiver Services Inc also expanded our staffing capabilities by acquiring “Rehab Choice” which is our first venture into the health services pool licensure, allowing us to offer services from PT, OT to ARNP in a supplemental staffing capacity. We are excited about this and look to the future for many opportunities to help with the burden of finding quality caregivers and the cost to businesses associated with this need.
Caregiver Services Inc is also reaching into our world of developmentally disabled persons especially children in our community with whom dollars are sometimes negligible but the need is enormous. In 2011 CSI Special Care PPEC (prescribed pediatric extended care) opened its doors to the needs of children with high acuity needs. We are very proud of this venture and look to ease the vast emotional burden the families experience by offering a “safe haven” for their children to be while they work to provide for their families.
Caregiver Services Inc looks to the future and we see many opportunities to work with our fellow health care industry partners to offer the excellence that our client’s deserve. We are reaching into the many segments of our community and asking “what can we do here to best serve the people”.
