Alvarez, Jr. has joined the organization as Chief Strategy Officer.Alvarez has 23 years of experience with health systems in multiple markets, including Indiana, Arizona, Ohio and Florida. Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Florida, he was Senior Vice President for Strategy & Business Development for Sisters of Charity Health System headquartered in Cleveland, OH. Prior to joining the Sisters of Charity Health System, Alvarez was Regional Vice President for Business Development for Vanguard Health Systems in Nashville, TN. For almost 10 years, Alvarez served as Vice President of Marketing and Development for Mercy Health System in Miami.
