 Paul Seltzer, D.O. – The Patient Advocate Award recognizes the physician who consistently strives to ensure that patients receive the highest level of quality care. |
 Gennaro Sagliocca, M.D. – The Gavel Award recognizes the physician who best exemplifies the ability to lead the Medical Staff despite many challenging circumstances. This doctor must show consistency and fairness in all of their leadership decisions. |
 Berto Lopez, M.D. – The Outstanding Physician Award recognizes the physician who consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty and who wears many hats as necessary when serving our patients, the Medical Staff, and the community. |
 Warren Reuther, M.D. – The HCAHPS Physician Champion Award recognizes the physician who devotes their time to promote and advance customer service at Columbia Hospital with regards to the HCAHPS program. Also, it recognizes the physicians ability to stimulate progress in achievement of the HCAHPS goals. |
 Johnathan Greenfield, M.D. – The Legibility Award recognizes the physician who has shown the most improvement in legibility in the medical record. |
