Delray Medical Center is now a designated NICHE Hospital. Through NICHE (Nurses Improving Care for Healthsystem Elders), a leading elder care nursing program, Delray is able to offer evidence-based, interdisciplinary approaches that promote better outcomes, positive experiences and improved care for older adults. This allows the hospital staff to better tailor services for patients and their families.
