Dr. Erickson Awarded Most Valuable Physician Title at NBMC

Joel Erickson, M.D., has been named Most Valuable Physician (MVP) at Broward Health North Broward Medical Center.

Dr. Erickson is a vascular and interventional radiologist who has been on the medical staff at North Broward Medical Center since 2002. He is the current chairman of the Department of Radiology.

Dr. Erickson’s MVP nomination came after he immediately assisted a cancer patient with a special procedure which was needed for treatment to continue. The award nomination stated that Dr. Erickson exhibits exceptional patient service and supports the mission and vision of Broward Health.
