Choice Medical Centers has announced the addition of Dr. Steven Svabek, a board certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in spinal diseases and disorders, to their staff.Dr. Svabek graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his internship at the Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia. He completed his orthopedic residencies at St. Vincent Hospital/Cabrini Medical Center and North Shore University in New York City. He completed a spine fellowship at the University of Colorado.
Dr. Svabek is a current member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery, American Osteopathic Association, North American Spine Society Association, Indiana Osteopathic Society, Indiana Orthopedic Society, and the American Osteopathic Association of Orthopedic Surgeons.
