Eight Tenet Florida hospitals received the top grade from one of the nation’s leading patient safety advocacy organizations. The hospitals, including Coral Gables Hospital, Delray Medical Center, Florida Medical Center – a campus of North Shore, Good Samaritan Medical Center, North Shore Medical Center, Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, St. Mary’s Medical Center and West Boca Medical Center received an “A” in The Leapfrog Group’s Spring 2014 Hospital Safety Score. The Leapfrog Hospital Safety Score rating system is designed to give consumers information they can use to make the best healthcare decisions for themselves or a loved one.
