ADVANCE for Nurses has announced the clinical education team at Martin Health System in Stuart is among the 10 national winners of the annual Best Nursing Team award.The Martin Health clinical education team was recognized for their work to develop, revise and improve the organization’s Novice Nurse Program.
The Novice Nurse Program (NNP) at Martin Health was developed in 2009 to provide clinical support and ongoing education for entry-level nurses as they transitioned from novice to expert within the organization, and to strengthen the competencies of new nurses during their critical first year of professional practice.
