Florida Atlantic University’s Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing recently hosted a successful benefit event to raise funds and awareness for its Lamplighter campaign at Theater at Arts Garage in Delray Beach. More than 120 alumni, friends of the College and members of the University community attended a special performance of “I & You” by Laura Gunderson, which raised more than $6,000 for the College.The performance was part of the 2014-15 Arts Garage theater’s season, which is devoted to “A Celebration of Women’s Voices,” showcasing female playwrights and important issues that resonate with the entire community.
