Palm Beach Health Network Physician Group (PBHNPG) – Cardiovascular Care is pleased to announce a cardiology group practice with five experienced cardiologists, has joined the PBHNPG multispecialty physician group in Boca Raton. The cardiologists joining PBHNPG – Cardiovascular Care include Jay F. Baker, M.D., Steven M. Coletti, M.D., Ronald M. Gabor, M.D., Constance D. Fields, M.D. and David S. Funt, M.D.

Dr. Baker has been practicing cardiology in Boca Raton since 1993. He completed a fellowship in cardiology and cardiac catheterization from New York Medical College located in Valhalla, NY, In addition, Dr. Baker finished his internal medicine residency at the Montefiore Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine located in Bronx, NY. Dr. Baker graduated medical school from New York Medical College.

 

 

 

 

Dr. Coletti completed a fellowship, residency and internship in internal medicine from the University of Miami and Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Coletti graduated medical school from the University of Florida College of Medicine.

 

 

 

 

Dr. Gabor has practiced cardiology in Boca Raton since 1999. He completed a fellowship in cardiology from the University of Miami and Jackson Memorial Hospital. In addition, Dr. Gabor completed an internal medicine residency and internship from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, East Campus located in Bronx, NY. Dr. Gabor graduated medical school from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

 

 

 

Dr. Fields has practiced cardiology in the Boca Raton community since 1993. She completed a fellowship in interventional cardiology and research cardiology from Tufts-New England Medical Center, Boston, MA. In addition, Dr. Fields finished an internal medicine internship and residency from Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center located in Chicago, IL. Dr. Fields graduated medical school from Northwestern University Medical School, in Chicago.

Dr. Funt has practiced cardiology in the Boca Raton area for over three decades. He completed a fellowship in cardiology at Boston University Medical Center, located in Boston, MA. In addition, Dr. Funt finished an internal medicine internship and residency at the University of Miami and Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Funt graduated medical school from New York University School of Medicine.
