Paley Orthopedic & Spine Institute, along with Palm Beach Health Network Physician Group, is pleased to announce Jonathan Levy, M.D., an orthopedic surgeon with a subspecialty interest in shoulder and elbow disorders, has opened his practice, the Levy Shoulder Center at the Paley Orthopedic & Spine Institute in Boca Raton.
Dr. Levy’s primary surgeries will be performed at West Boca Medical Center in Boca Raton. He is also on the medical staff at St. Mary’s Medical Center in West Palm Beach.
Prior to joining the Paley Orthopedic & Spine Institute, Dr. Levy worked for 16-years at Holy Cross Orthopedic Institute in Fort Lauderdale with a subspecialty interest in shoulder and elbow disorders where he was Chief of Orthopedics for over 12 years and Director of the ASES-Sponsored Holy Cross Shoulder and Elbow Fellowship since 2012. For his education and training, Dr. Levy completed a shoulder and elbow surgery fellowship at the Florida Orthopaedic Institute in Tampa, and served as visiting clinician, Mayo Clinic elbow service, at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Dr. Levy finished his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Miami, Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami and graduated medical school from the Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago.
