Florida Department of Health’s (DOH) State Surgeon General Dr. Frank Farmer announced Ryan Wiggins as Communications Director. As the head of DOH’s Office of Communications, Wiggins will oversee communications activities for the Department to include its divisions, programs and 67 county health departments.Wiggins brings with her a strong background in government communications and public affairs. She has served in the press offices of Congressman Jeff Miller, Gov. Charlie Crist and Attorney General Bill McCollum.
