Gloria H. Bays has been selected to serve as the Associate Director for Nursing Services for the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center. Bays joined the staff of West Palm Beach in October of 1994 and has over 31 years of VA experience. She previously served at the Miami VAMC and at the Riviera Beach Outpatient Clinic. Bays received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami in 1972 and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami in 1979. She is Board certified in Nursing Administration and Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing at the Clinical Nurse Specialist level.
