Good Samaritan Medical Center names Austin Champoux, MHA, MIB, to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Champoux returns to Palm Beach Health Network and Good Samaritan Medical Center, where he previously held the position of Administrative Fellow, before his promotion to Associate Administrator.
Over the course of his career, Champoux has played a key role in strategic planning for new services. He returns to Good Samaritan Medical Center from Palmetto General Hospital in Miami where he has been serving as the hospital’s COO. In addition, he served as the COO of North Shore Medical Center in Miami, and as the Assistant Chief Executive Officer of Shore Point Health on the west coast of Florida.
Champoux holds a Masters in both healthcare administration and international business from the University of Florida as well as Bachelor of Science in business administration.
