Greystone Health Network is excited to become a member of the South Florida Hospital News and Healthcare Report and the South Florida Hospital and Healthcare Association families. Our organization is prepared to answer the call from our acute partners to provide solutions in these challenging times of healthcare transformation. We own and operate Skilled Nursing Facilities, Long Term Care Centers, and Home Health agencies in various markets in Florida and Ohio. Future service lines include Hospice, Physician Home Visits and Care Transitions Services so that we become the post-acute service that provides the right destination to the patient at the right time. Greystone is unlike any other multi-facility organization in that we believe in providing more support in each region to ensure the highest quality outcomes and services to our customers. We have experts regionally at twice the industry average in Operations, Business Development, Clinical/Nursing, Therapy, Clinical Reimbursement and Business Office Systems. Our Corporate Office has our profession’s top talent, tasked to create new and unique programs that meet and exceed the needs of our customers. Our Area Clinical Executive (A.C.E.) program evaluates our Clinical process and holds our regional clinical teams accountable in ensuring quality consultative and educational programs that are consistent, progressing and exceeding our expectations in each facility. Locally, Greystone manages Unity Health and Rehabilitation in Miami, North Beach Rehabilitation Center in North Miami, and Wilton Manors Health and Rehab Center in Fort Lauderdale.
