Dr. Edward Katz has joined Hanley Center as the newest member of its medical team.Upon completing pharmacy school, Dr. Katz attended New York Medical College in New York, NY, where he graduated with honors. He completed his residency in anesthesia at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Kings County, NY. After a 15-year career as an anesthesiologist, Dr. Katz transitioned into urgent care medicine.
Dr. Katz completed a fellowship specializing in psychiatry and addiction medicine at the University of Florida in the summer of 2011 – where he spent time at Hanley Center. Dr. Katz is board certified in addiction medicine, urgent care medicine, anesthesia and pharmacy.
