HCA Florida Mercy Hospital is pleased to announce the appointment of Allyssa Tobitt to the position of chief executive officer (CEO) of HCA Florida Mercy Hospital.
Tobitt has been with HCA Healthcare since 2012. Most recently, she was chief executive officer of Parham Doctors’ Hospital in Richmond, VA. Prior to that, she served in various roles across different divisions at HCA Healthcare, including chief operating officer of Reston Hospital Center in the Capital Division and chief operating officer of HCA Florida Sarasota Doctors Hospital in the West Florida Division. She also led operations in Florida as assistant vice president of operations at HCA Florida Aventura Hospital in 2016.
Tobitt holds both a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Middle Tennessee State University.
