Heidi D. Pratt, D.O., joins the Family Health Center at Cleveland Clinic Florida in Weston, where she will focus her family medicine practice on preventative medicine, nutrition, diabetes, and hypertension.
Dr. Pratt earned her bachelors degree from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, and her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her internship and residency were completed at Palmetto General Hospital in Hialeah, FL.
Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Florida, Dr. Pratt was on staff at Medplus Florida in Baltimore, MD. She is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and Manipulative Treatment and is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians.
