Health Management Associates is pleased to announce Kim Bassett, M.B.A., R.N., B.S.N., C.N.A., as the new Chief Executive Officer of Fisherman’s Hospital in Marathon, FL.
Bassett comes to Fisherman’s Hospital after 15 years experience at Lower Keys Medical Center. Starting as Charge Nurse in the Emergency Department she then became Clinical Nurse Specialist for the Emergency Department and Special Care Unit. With her vast clinical expertise and leadership roles, she then assumed the role of Chief Nursing Officer.
