
Dr. Patrick Taylor, president and CEO of Holy Cross Hospital, has announced the addition of neurosurgeon Ali Jourabchi Ghods, M.D., and internist Faride Ramos, M.D., to the Holy Cross Medical Group.Dr. Ali Jourabchi Ghods joins Holy Cross Medical Group from the Rush University Department of Neurosurgery in Chicago where he recently completed his residency. Dr. Ghods is founder and president of Foundation for Children with Neurological Disorders and Neurosurgery & Interventional Neuroradiology Organization. He also founded the Rush University Medical School Neurosurgery Shadowing Program. Dr. Ghods received his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City and a Bachelor of Science degree in physiological science, graduating summa cum laude, from the University of California in Los Angeles.
Dr. Faride Ramos is a board certified internal medicine specialist. She joins Holy Cross Medical Group from Louis A. Weiss Memorial Hospital and Illinois Advocate Masonic in Chicago where she was a primary care physician with the Chicago Health Medical Group. Dr. Ramos completed her internal medicine residency at MacNeal-Westlake Hospital in Berwyn, IL and received her medical degree from Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla, Colombia.
