Dr. Angel Sanchez Artiles was born in Havana, Cuba and grew up in Canada, Germany, and Holland. He has more than 10 years of experience in medicine, with a special interest in cancer pain and symptom management, end-of-life care, bioethics and health disparities. Dr. Sanchez began working with Catholic Palliative Care Services (CPCS) in July of 2021 as a Full Time Palliative Medicine Physician offering services at HCA Florida Mercy Hospital and as Associate Program Director for a Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship Program.
