Tamara Esquijarosa is a Clinical Care Manager at Catholic Hospice overseeing an interdisciplinary team caring for an average daily census of 100 patients in Miami-Dade County. Esquijarosa obtained her Associate Degree in Nursing from Florida National University and later went on to obtain her Master’s Degree in Nursing from AGM University. She promotes a patient centered approach by connecting on a deeper level with staff, patients, and families. The team’s CAHPS scores reflect her commitment to the evolving needs of patients and caregivers.
