James A. Farrell, a partner in Shutts & Bowens West Palm Beach Office, was selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2009 edition of The Best Lawyers in America®. Farrell, who heads the firms health care law practice, is Board Certified in Health Law by The Florida Bar and a Past-Chair of the Bars Health Law Certification Committee.
