March 24, 2021 – JFK Medical Center North Campus has named Laurie Neely, MSN, APRN as Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), effective April 1, 2021. Laurie joined JFK Medical Center North Campus in February 2020 as the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO). 
 
Prior to joining JFK Medical Center North Campus, she worked as a nurse practitioner in St. Mary’s Medical Center’s neuroscience department.  Laurie also served as Chief Nursing Officer with Select Specialty Hospital-Palm Beach for over ten years
 
Laurie received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Southern Mississippi, and her Masters of Science in Nursing Administration and Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. She went on to obtain her Post-Master’s Certification as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner from South University, as well as her board certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board.  Laurie is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International, Honor Society of Nursing.
