Dr. K. Adam Lee serves as Medical Director of Jupiter Medical Center’s Anderson Family Cancer Institute’s Thoracic Surgery Center. A pioneer and leading practitioner of thoracic surgery using minimally invasive and robotic techniques, Dr. Lee’s program was recently awarded U. S. News and World Report’s highest honor as a high performing hospital for lung cancer surgery. He leads a multidisciplinary team of experts who share ideas and knowledge to develop a personalized treatment plan for each patient.

Dr. Lee received his medical degree from New York Medical College, completed his general surgery residency at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York and his cardiothoracic residency at the University of Massachusetts. Board certified in cardiothoracic surgery and general surgery and a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons; Dr. Lee has spent many years traveling around the United States as an instructor of robotic thoracic surgery.
