MARATHON, FL – March 21, 2023 – Kathleen Filiaggi, M.D., joins Baptist Health as a medical doctor, specializing in internal medicine.

Dr. Filiaggi joins Baptist Health after working as a hospitalist at Premier Medical Associates in Monroeville, Pennsylvania. With more than 17 years of experience as a hospitalist, she is a fellow of the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Filiaggi entered medicine to help patients as a pure clinician. “I’m most passionate about providing care to patients and observing the positive effects the care provides to patients and their families,” she says.
After earning her medical degree from St. George’s University, she completed her internal medicine residency at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.
She will see Baptist Health primary care patients at 5701 Overseas Highway, Suite 17, and 91550 Overseas Highway, Suite 215, in Tavernier, and at Fishermen’s Community Hospital located at 3301 Overseas Highway in Marathon.
