Keith Foster, M.D., MBA, was recently employed by the Memorial Physician Group to join the physiatrists practice serving the Memorial Rehabilitation Institute at Memorial Regional Hospital South.Dr. Foster is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation. He earned his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada in 2008. He completed his residency at Brody School of Medicine, East Carolina University in 2012, where he served as Chief Resident. He also earned a master’s in Business Administration from East Carolina School of Business in 2012. He holds membership in the American College of Physician Executives, the Association of Academic Physiatrists and the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
