Carrie Zbierski, MSN, MBA, RN, NE-BC, is a seasoned Nursing Executive known for her transformative leadership across multiple hospital service lines. As Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) for Broward Health Imperial Point, she oversees all nursing operations and patient care services within the hospital.
With a career spanning over two decades, Zbierski began at Centegra Health System in Illinois, advancing to Vice President and Chief Nursing Executive at Centegra Hospital-Huntley. Her expertise encompasses strategic planning, operational efficiency, and quality improvement initiatives, evidenced by her leadership in achieving accreditations and improving patient outcomes.
“My role at Broward Health allows me to lead with compassion and innovation,” said Zbierski. “I work to ensure the highest standards of care while supporting and empowering our nursing team to make a difference in the lives of our patients every day.”
Zbierski earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Anthony’s College of Nursing in Illinois and holds a Master of Science in Nursing and a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management from the University of Phoenix.
