As Senior Vice President of Home & Community Based Services for MorseLife Health System, Paola Pouponneau-Nisbett is directly responsible for the overall growth strategy of all entities within the multi-million-dollar division including implementing operational policies and procedures, overseeing compliance and quality methods within each program, reviewing and assessing financial projections and providing mentorship opportunities. She first joined MorseLife in 2010 as director of social services supervising a team of 10 social workers before serving for 10 years as program director of the PACE program. With more than two decades of experience including positions with Whitehall of Boca Raton, University Hospital in Tamarac and Fort Lauderdale Hospital, she combines high-level scholastic and field knowledge with deep operational experience. Pouponneau-Nisbett holds an executive MBA in healthcare administration from FAU, a master’s degree in clinical social work from Barry University and an undergraduate degree in social psychology from Carleton University in Ottawa.
