Maria Morales-Menendez is current Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Palm Beach Health Network and St. Mary’s Medical Center.
Previously, Maria served as COO of Delray Medical Center, where she led significant capital projects and introduced innovative technologies to enhance patient care. Her prior roles as associate administrator and administrative resident provided her with a deep understanding of healthcare complexities.
Recognized as one of Modern Healthcare’s Top 25 Emerging Leaders in 2022, Maria is a respected industry figure. She holds a bachelor’s degree in biosystems engineering from the University of Kentucky and an MBA with a healthcare specialization from Baylor University.
