Lee Health is pleased to announce the promotion of Tracy Stott Pyles to Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, succeeding Mary McGillicuddy, who has taken on a new role as Special Executive Counsel.
Pyles joined Lee Health in 2017 and most recently served in the role of Vice President and Senior Deputy General Counsel where she led the health system’s legal affairs and oversaw the legal professionals responsible for regulatory compliance, human resources, litigation, government investigations, and revenue integrity.
An honors graduate from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, Pyles was a Partner at a large international law firm where she specialized in complex litigation and regulatory matters and represented companies in federal courts across the country, including at the U.S. Supreme Court.
