Lee Memorial Health System is pleased to announce Troy Churchill as administrator of the HealthPark Care & Rehabilitation Center.Troy comes from Atlanta, GA where he served as the executive director of a 240-bed dually certified nursing and sub-acute facility for a large national company. Troy has extensive experience as a health care executive in long-term care managing large sub-acute and long-term care facilities.
Troy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in long term health care from Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, TN.
