Jupiter Medical Center was recently honored by the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches when they received the prestigious ATHENA Award in Business. The Medical Center was recognized for having a long-standing history of promoting and supporting the advancement of women in non-traditional roles along with supporting advanced education opportunities through JMC’s tuition reimbursement program.At Jupiter Medical Center, 83% of the department directors and managers, and 40% of the senior leadership team, are female. The Medical Center recently created The Leadership Institute for team members to hone and learn new leadership skills.
