Mariners Hospital has promoted Candy Fincke to vice president. Fincke joined Mariners in 1999 as a social worker. In 2000, she was promoted to director of social services; and in 2003, she was promoted to manager of administrative services. In 2007, she became an assistant vice president and was named acting vice president in May 2008.
