Tania Osejo started her career in healthcare as an international patient coordinator, but always knew nursing would be in her future.

“Nursing wasn’t just a career, it was a calling, and every obstacle I overcame helped me grow, not only as a healthcare professional, but as a person,” said Osejo. “It taught me to be resilient, empathetic, and most importantly, that the hardest moments in life often lead to the most profound growth.”

Osejo began her career at Memorial Hospital West as a nurse resident and has excelled in the time since, demonstrating a commitment to high-quality care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver the best patient outcomes. In addition to providing excellent clinical care, Osejo has also taken on leadership roles, chairing the hospital’s Shared Governance Unit Based council and serving on a number of committees.
