The Memorial Sports Medicine Center of Memorial Healthcare System was selected as this year’s sports medicine providers for the Delray Open.
Sports trained orthopedic surgeon Dr. Alex Fokin of the Memorial Sports Medicine Center provided medical game coverage for the premiere tennis tournament. Fokin specializes in common sports injuries about the shoulder and the knee like rotator cuffs and labral tears, as well as ACL and meniscal injuries.
This year’s tournament attracted today’s biggest stars from the ATP Tour and fan’s favorite legends from the ATO Championship Tour. The Delray Open is the only tournament in the world to feature both Tours sharing the same courts the same week.
