Miami Dade College’s (MDC) School of Nursing recently received the initial maximum five-year accreditation for its Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program by the National League for Nursing Accreditation Commission (NLNAC).

MDC’s BSN program gives students the knowledge and skills needed for professional nursing practice in all clinical settings. Students in the program also gain skills for advanced nursing practice leadership, management and education positions in a multicultural society. The program is designed for licensed registered nurses (R.N.) who already have an Associate in Science in Nursing from an accredited program.
